WARRANTY ITEMS: How would you rate the Builder's performance to date in fixing warranty items needing attention? (Overall Assessment)

We earned high reviews for our warranties. Our customers have a piece of mind that we will be there to stand behind our homes by offering great warranties and service. Our survey showed that 80% of our homeowners agree that our performance on fixing warranty items is good, 40% rated us as very good!
